• Provide Investor a one page snapshot reflecting price, debt service, expenses estimated, CAP Rate and cash on cash return projected.
• Provide Investor with a three year projection based on acquisition price and pro forma projections

Who We Are
Mosley Real Estate Consulting “MRC” was started by Robert Mosley after thirty five years of experience in managing multifamily housing from market rate to affordable, with a specialty in identifying and turning around troubled projects.
Mr. Mosley holds a CPM designation and has extensive experience in due diligence inspections of all types, underwriting for potential investors as well as working with large financial institutions to identify and restore troubled housing including HUD and LIHTC projects.
Mr. Mosley started a full service Real Estate Management firm in 1991 and has overseen the management of over 15,000 units during that time frame. He is now looking to bring that experience as a Consultant to private Owners, Investors, Lenders as well as Asset Managers who may have the need.
Mr. Mosley has worked with Boston Financial, Boston Capital, KeyBank, Hunt as well as a long list of private owners and investors. As a result he understands that successful consulting services must be tailored to the specific needs of each client. After thirty five (35) years on the management side he decided that he should look in a different direction for this season of his career and apply his experience to specific needs his clients may have.
Our Philosophy
MRC seeks to utilize the thirty five years of experience in Real Estate to help each of our clients with a personal service for their individual needs. We realize that every property, client or service does not work for everyone. Having worked with large institutions as well as smaller individual owners, for profit and not for profit, we recognize this niche of consulting is needed.

Mr. Mosley has worked hard over the past thirty five years to build a reputation in the Real Estate industry and wants to continue that in the Consulting side as we move forward.
